There are 3 main parts of returning your orders and return policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse or the address that mailed the package to you. Please contact us to have the address for product return.
Please include your order number inside the package and at the label (ATTN: return (your order number)), so we can process your return correctly. Without your order number, we cannot confirm that the order comes from which customer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
– We have to pay for the shipping at delivery for your return product. If applicable, we will need to deduct the cost of shipping we have to pay toward your refund.
Digital Products and Subscriptions
If you cancel within 7 days of your order, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 7 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of the billing period.
* The refund only applies for 7 days after the original purchase, not for subsequent renewals.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not offer exchanges.
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
2. SHIP TO RETURN
To return your product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further instructions.
Depending on your address or case, we will have you either send the product back to us or donate to nearby Charity or non-profit organizations. We will instruct you based on your case, so please contact us to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping that charged to us will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). A restocking fee may be applied.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DONATE TO RETURN
If we instruct you for donation to return, we will help you find a donation location near your location, but you’re welcome to donate to any organization you’d like to support.
After your product is donated, you will need to email us a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt. We’ll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your payment card or account.
3. WE RECEIVE WE REFUND.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The restocking fee may be applied.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which can take 7-10 business days for the refund to be back in the account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
